With a “farm to table” philosophy, Chef Debo creates dishes with all natural fresh ingredients, resulting in clean ingredient labels.
As a graduate of The Memphis Culinary Academy, and many years of practical experience, Chef Debo perfects her recipes she developed with her husband and co-owner of their famed Anziano’s Deli. From her family farm in Riceville, Tennessee, Chef Debo, her husband, and family members have moved forward as they focus solely on producing a line of wholesome clean label products, available both for wholesale purchase and local delivery in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area.
