No, not the restaurant…although I could go there just for chips and salsa. There’s just something about those freshly fried thin crisp tortilla chips and Chili’s delicate salsa. ‘Tis the Season for some chili though. I’ve been busy cooking up a couple of batches of chili this week. My Smokehouse Chili and my Robust Vegan Chili. Take your pick or order both.
