This week last year was our last “normal” of the “old normal”. I have had to learn “new normals” for many years now. It’s not always easy, but you learn to grab ahold, hang on for the ride and make the best of everyday that you can. The Good Lord, Family and My Best Friends tend to carry me through these times.
David’s parents are from Connecticut, but now live most of the year in Florida. For many years now we travel to spend Spring Break with them. This past week of Spring Break was a Blessing of much needed time time away with Family. We HUGGED, we Laughed, we Beached and we Played. We also ate…more than we ever eat at home.
No, I don’t cook. David’s Dad loves to Dine Out and He treats us to some of the most phenomenal restaurants in the Gulfport and Pass-A-Grille, Florida areas. I always leave a part of my heart there when we depart.
Though most of us were forced to find new normals as we faced many challenges throughout this past year, this next upcoming week marks a new normal for everyone. How YOU choose to move forward with your life will make the biggest difference.
This next week of Monday, March 15, I won’t be in Debo’s Kitchen. I have Guests arriving for next weekend to stay at My Bed and Breakfast, The Victoria House, and I have some projects to finish up before they arrive.
I look forward to serving you the week of Monday, March 22nd. Until then book your next STAY or PARTY with us. Link is below 🥰
